Appointments
Grooms are by appointments only. They are one dog only blocks and should be made via FURsf.com.

LATE Drop-off
Please be mindful of our other guest’s grooming appointment  & of our time. The time has been reserved ONLY for you. Your appointment is cancelled should you arrive passed 30mins of your appointment time.  

Pick up 
COIFFURE will text you 10 minutes before your pup is ready. Pick up can occur after you receive the text message.

LATE Pick-up
Please inform us if daycare is needed at a rate of $5 per hour before or after the allotted grooming block .

If your dog is not picked up within an hour after closing, we will keep your pet overnight and a $100 fee will be added to your grooming fee. You may pick up the following morning. 

Intact Dogs 
Intact dogs are not accepted. ALL dogs must be neutered or spayed. (Exceptions may be made for non-aggressive and non-marking dogs)

Vaccinations and Flea Preventative Care  
COIFFURE requires that all vaccinations and flea preventative care are up to date for the safety of all clients. Proof of this is required. 
        Rabies, Distemper, & Parvo. 
        Bordatella is preferred but not necessary

No Shows & Late Cancellations
The time has been reserved ONLY for you. Keeping your appointment is important to our business. No-Shows and Cancellations take a grooming spot away from another client and negatively affects the business.

​To avoid the No Show and/or Late Cancellation, Fee, please cancel or change your appointment date and time before 24 hours of the appointment time.  COIFFURE charges the total price of the service(s) booked. 

Final Groom 
The final groom is an interpretation of your request. Please provide pictures and specific 
and measurable instructions on our forms.

Daycare 
COIFFURE offers daycare by appointment 
and only on the appointment day. COIFFURE reserves the right to refuse this service.
